How to block email from a Webmail address

Also on Libero Mail it is possible to create filters: which can be extremely useful for blocking messages from a specific address. To use the function in question, after opening a message from an address that you want to block, open the menu item Other located at the top, select the item Create new filter from the menu that is proposed to you and indicate the name to give to the filter, using the text field New rule.


Then indicate the filter criteria via the section Terms: you can also enter more conditions by clicking on the item Add a condition and selecting what you are interested in including in the filter. Associate the action that the filter must take, after clicking on the item Add an action (Eg. How to block emails from an address with Outlook

The only thing you can do is set up rules in the web panels of the mail accounts that you have configured in the Microsoft client, as indicated in the previous section of the tutorial.

How to block email from one address with Mozilla Thunderbird

If you wish to find out how to block email from an address and use the free client Mozilla Thunderbird, you have to configure special filters capable of "suppressing" the emails received from unwanted senders as soon as they are downloaded to the PC.

Then start the program and select the items Tools> Message Filters from the menu that opens by clicking on the button (≡) at the top right. Also Apple Mail, the default mail client of Macs, allows you to block emails from unwanted senders in a very simple way.

All you have to do is go to the menu Mail> Preferences located at the top left, select the tab Regole from the window that opens and press the button Add.
